Event Details

The 2010 Channel 4 Education Annual Summer Conference takes place on 24 June 2010 against the emerging backdrop of profound changes in the education system which will shift power from will shift power from central and local government back to headteachers and schools and will transform how and what will be taught in the nation's schools.

The Government has made clear their belief that the acceleration of the 'new' academies programme and the creation of 'free schools' will create new opportunities for curriculum innovation and fresh partnering opportunities for private and public bodies.
